Minister of Sports, Fitness, and Recreation, Abdulla Rafiu, joined over 6,000 participants at the annual Ooredoo Fun Run, held in Hulhumalé. The event, celebrated as a family-friendly marathon promoting fitness and fun, took place at the Hulhumalé Central Park Area and was officially inaugurated by Vice President Hussain Mohamed Latheef.

The Ooredoo Fun Run featured exciting activities such as color fun and other family-friendly attractions, creating a vibrant and energetic atmosphere for participants of all ages. The event was also attended by Ooredoo Maldives Managing Director and CEO Khalid Al-Hamadi along with other high-ranking officials, demonstrating strong community and corporate support for promoting healthy lifestyles.

Minister Abdulla Rafiu highlighted the importance of such events in encouraging fitness and fostering family bonds, emphasizing that they align with the Ministry’s mission to promote active and healthy living throughout the Maldives.
