The Minister of Sports, Fitness, and Recreation, Abdulla Rafiu, officially announces the Asian Carrom Championship 2024. 

The biggest Asian carrom event will be held in Male', Maldives, schedule on April 27th, 2024, to May 1st, 2024. The Super Powers of Asian Carrom will compete for the title. 

This year's Asian Carrom Championship will be a remarkable edition, since the tournament is hosted after a 10-year gap. 

Speaking to the media, Minister Rafiu said that these international tournaments help the economy in different ways, such as the development of sports tourism.
